Funky Fridays Outdoor Music Concerts

Fridays - June 29th - August 31st

Enjoy live music on the lawn at the historic Hood Mansion in Sonoma Valley.  $10 Adults; Free for kids 18 and under. Food, wine, and beer will be available for purchase. Picnics are welcome, but no outside alcohol is permitted. Take a low-back chair or blanket and grab a spot on the spacious lawn. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Showtime is 7 p.m. Parking is free.

June Lavendar Harvest

Saturday, June 30th - Sunday, July 1st

Come and visit the Monte-Bellaria Farm in Bloomfield, California at the height of lavender blossom.  We’ll be bringing in fresh lavender that you may use to create your own bouquets (2 inch bundle for $15).  We’ll also have beautiful, healthy lavender plants that will bring the summer scent of Sonoma to your own garden (1 gallon, Lavandula x I. Grosso $12).  No one will be admitted in June without a pre-paid attendance ticket.

Sonoma's 4th of July on the Plaza

July 4th 10AM - 10PM

Celebrate Independence Day in true, old-fashioned style, beginning with a parade at 10:00 a.m. with marching bands and fun floats. On the historic plaza, you'll find live music and games all day long along with food, beer, and wine. At dusk, find a spot for the fireworks show.

Valley of the Moon Art Association - July 4th Art Show

Members of the Valley of the Moon Art Association will show their art in the Sonoma Plaza as part of Sonoma 4th of July festivities! The art show will be on display from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Art lovers and admirers are invited to see the variety of art presented by these local artists.

Kenwood 4th of July Hometown Parade

July 4th - 10AM

Celebrate hometown patriotic pride that only a little town can supply! The parade starts at 10:30 a.m., but everyone is invited to start the day as early as 7 a.m. and enjoy the Annual Pancake Breakfast at the historical Kenwood Community Church garden. Participate or cheer on the runners in the 3k-10k Kenwood Footrace. Then watch as the parade circles around the Kenwood Plaza Park on Warm Springs Road. After the parade, there will be music, food, and fun in the park!
