100% Chardonnay, barrel fermented
From Sonoma's cool Carneros appellation, the Gustafsson Estate produces exceptional chardonnay grapes. We whole-cluster press these and put the wine directly in French oak barrels to ferment on the natural vineyard yeast. We stir the lees daily to draw extra flavor from them. The wine was aged for six months in French oak barrel before bottling. Rich aromas and flavors of peach and pineapple with crisp acidity for excellent balance.

Viognier has voluptuous aromas of dried apricots and peaches. We blend in Chardonnay to create a crisp, well-balanced, food-friendly, eminently refreshing wine that tastes like springtime in a glass. This blend has consistently won Gold Medals at competitions around the country.

Stainless steel fermented to retain the beautiful fresh peach and apricot aroma and taste. Aged in older French oak barrels to mature the wine without overshadowing the wonderful aromas and flavors. Great with any white-flesh seafood, or fowl, the rich fruity flavors of this wine can also tame spicy dishes and ones that incorporate green vegetables or curry.
